James installed our wood burner. His service is excellent; the standard of his work is of the highest order. We weren’t sure if we could fit a wood burner in our living room but after talking to James we came up with a solution and within the month our wood burner was fitted. Knocking through walls is always going to be messy but at the end of the working day James and his team cleaned up and you could hardly tell they had been in the house. From the wood burner installation, to plastering the surrounds, to the floating mantelpiece we couldn’t be more pleased with his work and his after sales service. 100% recommend James & Jordan, professional, knowledgeable and gave us great advice during the installation and on the log burner. The install wasn't the easiest as it was a knock through for a double sided log burner , not a problem for the guys.
They completed the works in two days and at the price agreed, kept the rooms clean and bagged up all the rubble, what more could you ask !
This has made our new house a home and fulfilled a long standing desire for the right log burner.

We loved our first log burner (also installed by James) so much so, that we've had our second installed this week by him!
Within less that 48 hours, we've had our old, unused, open fire place safely removed, tidied up, prepped & transformed into a stunning log burner.
There's a reason James is the best in the business. He's punctual, professional and a perfectionist meaning his work is always to such an impeccable standard every time. Every detail carefully considered to ensure you've got not just a great log burner, but the best installation and finish as possible.

From start (the quote) to finish (starting a test burn). The service from James and Jordan was outstanding.
Professional, experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and super clean and tidy.
Our installation, was widening an existing fire place, fire board, hearth, plastering, stove and mantle. All the while ensuring our fairly new carpet was treated well.
Will use James for our first sweep next year.
